Configure your Apple Health or Android Emergency info right now. Paste the script below into the "Medical Conditions" or "Notes" section so they can read it without needing your passcode.
"I am diagnosed with FND. I may experience non-epileptic seizures, tremors, or speech loss. This is not a medical emergency. Do not call an ambulance unless I am physically injured. Please move me to a low-stim, dark space to rest."
